Nothing has changed from earlier, only prices have increased and channels a customer gets has decreased. TRAI is just a joke. Without capping discounts on broadcasters' bouquets they have made things more expensive for customers. And the most ridiculous thing in all this is that they believe that they have made tv viewing cheaper for customers. TRAI chief should be sacked for his incomplete implementation.
