Here’s how to select the channels on Tata Sky DTH connection.
Users can only select the channel via their official website. However, further modifications and changes can be made using the Tata Sky mobile app.
Steps to select the channels:
1. Open Tata Sky official website and click on the ‘Click to Select; banner or simply visit ‘TataSky link.
2. Login into the account either using ‘Subscriber ID or Registered mobile number’
3. Enter the OTP received on your phone
4. Now, there are three options to choose from -- Recommended packs, TataSky packs and All channels.
Recommended packs and Tata Sky packs are basically an automated pack customized by the service provider.
5. To manually select individual channels, select the option ‘All Channels’.
Here users can select the channels one-by-one or they can also choose from the list of bouquets from the Broadcast option
6. After selecting the pack and channels, users can check the grand total at the top of the screen.
The grand total includes the base price + package amount.
7. Now, click on the Submit & Proceed button
8. After this, the portal will ask to make the payment.
Note: In case, there’s already some amount left from the previous month or package, users no need to pay right away. However, users can make the payment for several months based on new package amount.
