That will happen in second term if Modi comes in power, that is why I said guys like Goyal, Sinha, Rathore, Pradhan all are now busying to secure the grass root of the party till the election.

In case if BJP wins in Odisha then Dharmendra Pradhan will be move back to State. We may see Shivraj's entry in National politics then.
