HELP TV losing HDMI Signal - TS HD plus

It looks like your HDMI port has become loose or faulty.
Also, another reason could be compatibility mismatch between HDMI cable and port of your TV.
Try using another HDMI cable. If it didn't solve, contact TS officials.

HDMI is fit properly . I m using this since last three years so don't think it's compatibility issue. Will check HDMI cable

Its either the port of tv or port of stb or hdmi cable itself. I faced the same issue with my cousin's box.
Try with any other port of the tv (hoping it has more than one hdmi port)My cousin's problem got solved with this.
If still not solved try a new hdmi cable.
If still not solved, hdmi port of stb gone faulty. Need to change the box.

I tried it on different HDMI port of tv but no luck. Will buy HDMI cable tomorrow. What if it's STB issue? Did I want to buy new one? Can TS repair it?
If its in warranty you will get free replacement else have to pay a minimum amount. They will not repair for you.
Though after taking the box from you they will repair the same and keep in Stock for someone else's replacement.

Have you taken a new TV or it just started by itself. If possible try to cross check your STB on another TV so that it's confirmed that STB is at fault and not the TV.
It started itself. I m using this setup since last 3 years. I use same cable & same port to connect tv to my sisters laptop. If I shake cable picture get distorted but if I tide it firmly I won't get any problem @ 1080p. It's either problem with hdmi cable or STB what should I do? Buy new hdmi cable @ Rs500 or call TS?
