Latest update of Tatasky mobile app have new features...Now we can go to sections of My Tatasky on the main page itself..

nope yaar, I must tell. Tata Sky has got the worst Retention and Winback team.

I was their annual pack subscriber for 3 years and that too of the highest pack. Still, they didn't make a single call once i stopped recharging.

Which clearly indicates either they are arrogant or some idiot is deployed in their RA department.

They must have different sets of criteria, surely their team don't waste time on calling every individual.
