The websites currently loads a message saying:

All files are taken down by copyright owners. The site will be closed forever. Thank you for your supports.

Yep Japan will be banning remaining pirate sites also as per new law passed in Japan against piracy. KissAnime had 10 billion+ users worldwide. So it had to be ban, imagine the loss Japan faced.

Disney india went to Delhi Supreme court for case and its only applicable for India. Next hearing is on 4th September.

Japan is also trying to ban but that's different issue.
