A-La-Carte Channels

I have subscribed star movies action channel.But what is the minimum lock in period for this channel.Is it 1 month or 3 months. Customer care are tolding that it is 3 months.My balance is 1985 before subscribing but after it is showing 1948.

After 30 days u can remove it from their website. Don't need to call cc...

prasanna : if you are on base pack and subscribed Star Movies Action then its locking period will be of 1 month but if you are completely on a-la-carte package then it would be having a locking period of 3 months.

No, in Base pack + A-la-carte option u can remove a-la-carte channel, I did the same last month while I removed Movies Now SD from my account...

there is no option to deactivate from portal, only through email or call would do the same.

u can remove a-la-carte it from urself
same process like activation
just need to click remove option

removal option is not only for ADD-ONS in portal
