dont how their Cc people know abt their addition
today i sent e-mail to cc , to know what the package details and a-la-carte price of ''News X''
but i received call from cc that ''News Express'' already part of ur package super gold
what a comedy.. I asked for News X and their waste people are giving reply for News Express
then I said that man Some Channel named News X getting added on lcn 363..on ur platform
after that they said that they will forward mail reply..
Because they dont have info abt new addition

. Funny CC like all other DTH. I just now tried to confirm the package details of 6 HD channels getting added on Tata Sky but the noob executive was having no idea about any kind of channel addition.

but some people had SS of the chat with cc executives mention 6 HD channels on ts.
its ok when they not have info abt upcoming addition...
but which already added on platform and not have info abt that...
really bad....
News X and News Express ... cant stop laughing.. when he said News Express already in my package...

Yeah beased on that only, i tried to enquire about package details of those 6 HD channels . Leter when i asked about News Express and Jai Maharashtra, he again replied same regular one.
Looks like i got the noob in my chat.
