Update Got 2222 HD box with download id 19

Few days back my old black 2222 box was rebooting continuously which had software with download id 18. After complaining about the issue. service engineer came next day and replaced with white 2222 HD box which has new software with download id 19.

My current software download is 19.

My friend box got problem and his recharged amount also wasted
