HELP d2h: Reminder functionality not wokring

I'm trying to set Reminder for a program, but whenever i set a reminder it does not do anything.

Set top box: 2222 HD box
Steps tried:
Pressed info button, then pressed down arrow button to found a program i want to set reminder, then pressed ok button. Then selected Set reminder option. Then BELL symbol added to the program epg.

But when the program timings comes, i'm not seeing any reminder/nothing displays in the screen. I have to remember myself to go to the program.

Anybody tried this option? Or is it not working only for me. Your help here most appreciated.

How you will get it? Will it flash on the screen when you are watching some other program?
Can you give a snapshot of the reminder flashing...

I m facing the same issue since long time.

My 2011 hd stb, after getting updated to download id 45, has started to show this problem, earlier it was all ok.
