HELP How to start recording in 2011HD STB by using the old remote???

Hello Everyone,
Today I activated USB Recording facility in my 2011 HD STB,

But whenever I press "Record this program" it shows "Starting failed. No recording rights"

Why it so? Any suggestion guys??

I have this remote

How to use Recording feature with this one,,, Any guideline or suggestion PLZ, those r always welcome...

press red button to start recording or go to mini guide press OK then choose start recording.

wait for few minutes until account is refreshed and you could start recording

Have you changed Setup->> Installation1234->>TV Setting ->> Remote Type = '2nd option other than Normal'.
then start for recording with red button or channel Info->>OK button and then Blue to stop or Stop recording from Info channel option.
Check any ->> shortcut buttons click ->> are working, also for if can directly go to Recording list and by then F/F & R/F with shortkey if any, once record is played.

Setting Done, but still shows no recording rights.

call d2h care..it seems that this facility is not activated in your box despite it's updated in ur account
