some tvs(AVR appicable) do support DD and on choosing DD you would get sound on both tv and HT .
Two remote have to be used on choosing DD and my tv displays unsupported audio please check the device on choosing DD.

I agree with you.. Sound is low(I need to volume up till 60/100 for sufficient hearing).
But the sound quality is too good.
Anyways Videocon has this problem of low sound in Dolby Digital.

i too get low volume on DD and on choosing DD i get sound-crackling on SONY HD.
the problem is only on sony HD so could you confirm it and tell?

I don't have a headphone jack in my tv but have it on my HT so can I connect my HT to Tv like this tv with RCA red and white and HT with AUX

I think it will work as well. This is a vice - versa situation.

Connect the RCA red and white cable to the TV 's "Output Audio" and connect it to the "3.5 MM Audio Input" in your HT.
