Reason of bvlackout could be its official launch. No sure info but may be they are launching tonight. Didn't you guys contacted d2h for non availability of channel since evening ?

I called once, they said they have no info about package and price of the channel as it's still in testing phase.

The package by CC is Platinum and Platinum HD, so IndianMascot bro was right. It's not available now, they said. It will be available very soon.
