that is what u think and that is not right, customers have evry right to give such suggestions and u know what tata sky made me a premium customers for this same reason, i have received numerous thank u's from their senior tech team
They made you premium customer bcoz you had screwed them. They don't want mess with customers. This is their customer centric attitude. And don't forget that you are the only premium customer of Tata Sky. There aare millions such Premium customer and you are one of them buddy.
And becoming a Premium Customer doesn't mean you start giving lecture about " How to Run a DTH Company " . They know it 1000000 times better than anyone of us here.
