Removing Regional channels from Base Pack means TATA(SKY and Removing National channels from Base Pack means dishtv
In both cases we users are pissing

Didn't ADTV compensated users for these channels.

I don't think any DTH compensate for anything recently they removed couple of Hindi regional channels from Base Pack and add it into a Top Ups also they keep removing carriage fee channels from the platform itself so it does affecting them into the base pack also.

But you not counting channels in your base pack as @IM Bhai said is they compensating or not.
