I know show would be boring but the outcome of the show will be good. Bollywood might get some real talent.

No..i feel that these all are scripted..Just an example one of my friend's sister was AD(Assistant Director) in Big Boss. She was telling every thing is Pre-written and given to them. They just follow the script.
