People go to agent mostly because to avoid various problems for ex. appointment, sometimes you may not get appointment even after roaming into the office for 6 consecutive days,

if you get appointment any how then they won't take enough time to reject file because of some missing documents or even if it get clear then also who knows when test will conduct and how many numbers to clear if not get 10/10
