Bro each and every pack consists some On Request channel if you don't call for it they won't be available you needs to make a request for those channel to get it free no charges payable, call CC and they will add all ORA channels of your pack for free if you make a request through sms they will add that sms charge to your account so simply nothing to pay.

List of channels available only on south platinum hd

None of the eng gec/movies arent avaiable on south gold hd pack,
AXN, MGM, UTVWM, WB, MOVIES now, star world, Zcafe, CC, fx, fox crime, star movies, star movies action,pix,hbo, romedy now, and zee studio in eng gec/movies.
9x0 and vh1.
only ten sports and dd sports are available in south gold hd.

Just to cut the content price if they start giving channels straight a way in the pack then they needs pay the content price according to the channel reach say if they providing channel in 100 houses then they needs to pay according to it but in ORA its not confirm that all 100 house will activate that channel in this case if 90 house activate the channel still dishtv will get the profit of 10 house. So ORA policy is just to cut the content price from the package.
