Update 2 News Channels moving to Channel Active

[Sukanya]

A scroll started on Hindi News Channel, India News (LCN 308) that the channel will be available under Channel Active with effect from September 28, 2016.

A similar scroll started on Tamil News Channel, Puthiya Thalaimurai (LCN 589) that the channel will be available under Channel Active with effect from September 29, 2016. The Scroll is hardly visible.
