Try restarting once again and scan the transponders. Even if it didn't appear then you require engineer help

try scanning your STB. You should get 336 channels under tv channels if using HD box. Radio channels list will remain empty. If you dont get them even after scanning, you may need to call helpline.

All 20 Audio Channel and 20 AIR FM channels present in active services are going to be added tonight on LCN.

I don't think they consumed any bandwidth in this activity. No video , hence bandwidth consumption remains the same.
