What happened in Congress time was border strikes, they didnt cross LoC that time.

You seem BJP tard. Sorry I hate BJP tards. You're living in your own illusion. What has government done for general people for jobs ? He promised to remove caste system ? Where's done that ? What did he even did ? All medical facilities and every institution was done by Congress only. Atleast appreciate what they did.

It shouldn't be spread or else wars will take place simultaneously. At time of Congress, Kashmir was safe place, but now nobody can even dare to visit Kashmir. I visited Kashmir in 2012.
