All 5 hd channels doesn't have dolby in tata sky. I am sure 4 hd channels have dd sound from broadcaster end. No idea about d sport hd.

Udaya TV HD,Surya HD is having AC3/DD audio from Broadcaster ..But no DD for Gemini Movies HD.. i will check others..

I think sun direct is giving dd sound for gemini movies hd and gemini music hd sir. Please check sun direct side also.
