6 Channel Removed On Videocon D2H

Got a call instantly from d2h executive. They assured me that all unavailable HD channels will be available on platform within 1 or 2 months. They also mentioned that Tata Sky was behind them in HD channel counts before 2-3 months and now they are above them, that means it happens sometime in this industry and it doesn't mean that we don't care about our customers. He also said we have forwarded your concerns to board officials. He didn't say much about hardware issue though. But still he was pretty positive about bringing all unavailable channels on the platform.

Got a call from d2h now. They are ready to offer me a cheque and terminate my connection. 
I suggest everyone suffering from d2h to get a cheque and throw them out.
It's time to decide a new DTH now. It's better to go with someone with better quality STB and service.
D2H has no intention to improve guys. D2H officials clearly stated that, and they have even threatened me that they will blacklist my customer ID and will not offer any amount for complaining about their product, if I don't surrender the connection right now. They clearly are acting like a boss now.

This is clearly a bad sign about them, bro. Good that they are offering money back but they don't want to accept their faults. They are rather proud of their products.
