Becoz 11010 is home Tp, they rarely changed something on 11010.

Again moving to MPEG 4 means next number of addition is from Bangla channels

Here is the full story,
All Bangla channels already moved to mpeg4, but sometime back they reverted back "Zee Bangla & IBN Lokmat" to Mpeg2,
Now Z Bangla moved to mpeg4 again,
Btw for info IBN Lokmat is a Marathi channel & still in mpeg2,
I hope you got it now.

They can use 11010 too why they letting remain as it is

ts has dynamic update system means whenever we start stb it scan and add all changes but for this it need signal of home tp. if they change any parameter of any tp and stb is on mode then it will automaticaly update in stb but if stb is in off mode and changes happen in home tp means no signal in stb, and there could be totall blackout. Over all ts save only one tp data in off mode i.e. Home tp data in stb and other all added after scan.
