System Setup > Erase Flash FS. Remove Pendrive then do this.

Replace your STB with new one

My EPG was not showing these channels till morning. Then I manually re-scanned the channels and then the channels were available.

Also I am getting these new channels for free i.e. preview (HD as well).

I am on DISH99 pack still getting the HD channels preview.

none of these channel is available on my dishtv

Manually scan your STB for channels.

Replace your STB with new one
This is only option available now

Cool Girish having MPEG 2 STB then also getting SD channels.
