Delhi - 83% ( 88% including DTH )
Chennai - 61% (85% including DTH )
50,000 Set Top Boxes (STBs) are being installed daily in the designated four metros. Daily installation of DTH connections in the four metro cities has gone up to 8,000 boxes per day from an average of about 2000 Boxes a few weeks back

Ya, I am also having same belief. Govt will never allow for Blackout in such Emergency. Even Broadcasters themselves will not do so.

this digitization is a very good initiative but lco's will always be anti it as this will bring transparency which they do not want
