Aam Aadmi Party's lawmaker Alka Lamba was attacked in north Delhi's Kashmere Gate area early on Sunday morning by unidentified persons during an anti-drug drive.
According to AAP, the drive started at 5 am; at around 6 am a man with blanket wrapped around his head approached Ms Lamba and threw stones at her.
AAP says the man was earlier seen standing close to a sweet shop owned by BJP lawmaker OP Sharma. AAP leader Ashutosh tweeted to say that it's part of a deep conspiracy as the anti-drug drive organised by them was pre-planned.
