all fourm members i have 1111n stb cus id 24553437 on vikraaam but on id last year download id upgraded with 26 through satellite but in 2015 my friend box id upgaded by engeneer with 32 what is happening how company upgrade to lower download id in box 2016 what is this happened stb in my home and stb working properly.but no recording option what happened anybody in this fourm please confirm me it is small white box with usb port in back side wrttin on sticker 1111-N.but in care they said it is 1011 but happened in d2h.please anybody help me.

He mean to say that old boxes are get NG software update but new ones are not. And he is having 1111 model box but call centre saying that his one is 1011
