HELP About picture quality of mobile TV app

Hi,
I am using tata sky mobile TV app for viewing channels
But none of channel coming even in normal quality.
All channels coming in worst quality like 3GP
I asked same to customer care too.
But they said its your net speed problem.
But actually even after having 4 to 5 Mbps speed at morning, picture quality is same.
What to do?
Quality set as high in app settings

I already kept high quality but its not working well
