I just sharing my experience with u :
I have activated online STAR WORLD PREMIERE HD but I observed that the channel has not came to left side under my active add on services. Anyway after one month completion I have mailed to CC to deactivate the same and they confirmed that the proposal has noted and it will be turn off on the scheduled date automatically. Even I called to CC regarding deactivation and they confirmed the channel shows cancelled add on in their system and even my daily burn rate also reduced from the scheduled date. But till now I am enjoying the channel. The scheduled date for deactivation was 31/10/2013.
