If u have balance then the main base pack continues for 1 Month , i didnt checked for automatic deactivation after 1 month cycle but deactivated the add on in Selfcare , once we buy any add on then the money will not be refunded even we deactive next day . i didnt tried by contacting CC but deactivated a Add on in 25 days itself.
BTW on 5th my subscription was finished and i forgot to extend , It was automatically extended for 1 month . y'day called CC and told the situations and wanted to recharge for 1 year , also to downgrade from Cinema plus to Kannada Value . CC had done [what ever i want to make changes in the account]it from yesterday itself , they charged till yesterday ie: from 5th - 9th only [Cinema Plus pack ] and refunded the balance amount to Account.
I am very much satisfied with CC .
