unable to watch what error your getting or blank screen upload one pic and pls quote anyone itbs enough we all are one surly help you don't worry

Well try to do the below step.
First do the master reset as i never used airtel but mostly two names master reset or factory reset ones done this i am sure this will resolve your issue if not than switch off the box remove the smart card insert after 15 second even after doing this if not resume than call for technician
