Bhat sir, I brought D2H DVD when videocon launched their D2H service. from the first day onwards there was a problem with the back light. Lots of white color on the background not able to see the picture. After lots of complain they send an engineer and corrected it. After few days it started showing lots of pixels in some channels still i used it for almost one year. In 2011 i changed to Airtel HD and till now i am very satisfied with it.

That's Sad bro. They treated you very badly. But this time it won't happen. Now a days consumers have more contact details for lodging complaints.

satellite dvd models were faulty when launched, they had pic being whitish, now this issue is resolved
