News ADTV To Re introduce ESS HD?

Today i happen to email Airtel on readding ESS HD, the response i received is as below:- Not too sure how far this is true, just thought of sharing the same.

We understand that the non availability of ESPN HD and star cricket HD channels would have inconvenienced you.

We would like to confirm that we are already in the process of introducing ESPN HD and star cricket HD channels on our platform.

this is formal reply,but their next activity should improve the HD market with addition of new channels soon.

ADTV is in process of introducing every channel. You can send email for any arbitrary channel, and see their reply. Even try with some non-existent channels like say Sony PIX HD.

Thanks for your response, Well my intention is to make Airtel aware of my unhappiness of non availability of ESS HD channels in their portfolio. If more and more customers start emailing them, then there can be possibility of addition. Keeping fingers crossed.

Please highlight and email for travel xp hd and mtunes hd as well.
And the thick logo they have specially on sd channels. Example abp news. With such logo impossible to come back to adtv for me. Although apart from these two issues they are too good.

Mails are hidden communications. So, to make operators add a channel we should pressurise them publically. Use airtel social media to show your demand and dissatisfaction . Because there are many international bodies which measure companies popularity and friendliness on the basis of social media.

So, they will be bound to keep you happy when things are posted on such public domain . Even forum like this is on continuous radar . There are many agencies here in Mumbai who specially work for social media of different-different companies.
