HELP Advice me a good pack according to my requirement

Now I am using Hathway Digital cable and I must tell you the service is pathetic and HD channels PQ is worst.I complained many times but they haven't listen my words I totally frustrated (I will keep my Hathway for updates)and now I am looking for DTH.
My requirement is many English HD channels with Dolby sound and M tunes HD.I used Dish TV,D2H but problem is Dish TV doesn't have Dolby sound and D2H doesn't have HBO premium HD channels so I decided buy a new TS connection because TS is the only DTH having all English HD channels with Dolby sound.
My requirement is mainly all HD channels(Except Sports HD channels) with south base pack.Now suggest me which pack is good and how much I have to spend for this.Is first month I will get all HD channels??I want HBO premium and SWP HD channels also.I have to pay for this separately?? I dont want to go to mega packs I am looking for monthly packs only.Please suggest.

I have ordered new TS connection via CC and they told that today evening itself installation will be completed.
