yes they can but problem is Indian Ministry,they are not giving permission yet. this is official statement.

I dont think so, do you have any article/proof for the same ? If airtel wants to use this satellite they'll get the requisite permission.
NSS11 TPs were specifically added in airtel, some time back during a s/w upgrade, which means they must have some plans for NSS11.

sorry i cant remember may be IM brother can,few weeks back airtel authority says "we are planned to expand our channels count to 500 as per ministry already noticed.but current space not cable of making this,so we are expecting some space from Gsat10 or liberate the foreign satellite access policy.

airtel 100 % ready to launch Mtunes HD,Zstudio HD,Sony Six HD ,but why they are delaying,if they got space why they want to delay.they are delayed Discovery kids and Sony six for two months.

people im on South Value Sports 2M Pack May-12@ Rs. 208 pm but am not getting discovery tamil in this pack. So do i have to change the package or HR is enough?

They have space bro, I had posted a thread reg the same on other forums. Check that.
Moreover 11680H, 26500 TP is totally empty. Try this TP, u ll get gud signals, they just havent added any channels on it.
