I just might have seen an seller to say that downgrade is not possible after adding addon into base packs. For example, if i add the addon infotainment with 60rs then i can't subtract this hd addon further, he said this.

I think in airtel i can drop it anytime but they charge u for 30 days......

then what's the use, watch it for 29 days and deactivate it. Once i sent a wrong SMS code for a channel activation but ended up subscribing another channel. I tweeted them and got the return call in 10 mins and amount reverted as well as the required channel was activated.

Hello guys,
I am facing a problem with audio settings of ADTV and one clarification also needed.
Problem:
1. All of a sudden DD and DD+ stops coming in ADTV i.e., if I change ADTV sound settings to DD / DD+ over HDMI, i get no sound on my TV only for star movies HD and star world HD as of now. For other HD channels and SD channels, volumes gets reduced a bit.
I tried changing HDMI from STB to TV , to, STB to AVR also. Still no use. I have not tried with Optical cables yet. Reason behind, i dont want many cables running around. Till last week, i used to get DD and DD+ sound over HDMI.
Clarification:
1. In SUN MUSIC HD, there are some songs which comes in a square box, no matter how much different combination settings i changed in TV and STB, Is it the problem only with SUN MUSIC HD ?

Can you please elaborate little more and also do check the audio settings on STB.?
In Adtv STB we can select the DDor DD+ in audio setting only.
It is just an Aspect ratio, the letter box is 4:3, old songs are in that ratio and new songs are in widescreen format.

1. Here I'm referring to audio setting over HDMI which we can set in STB. When audio settings in STB is set to stereo , sound is coming fine. But if I change it to DD or DD+ no sound is coming to TV. Only picture. No sound behaviour, is only for star movies HD and star world HD channels. Regarding other HD and SD channels sound is fine even after seeing it to DD / DD +. If I set it back to stereo it works fine for all channels including star movies and star world HD.
Please note, this DD and DD+ settings used to work till last week. Only in this week this problem has started.
Hope I made myself clear.
2. Can't they upscale or something to for to screen?

ok bro got it , raise the issue on CC and await for response. Devesh bro can verify it.
no, sun music HD doesnt upscale or change the AR, you can use wide screen zoom option on your tv sets.
