Anyone using South Magnum out here?
I just need a clarification ..
I am currently using South Magnum and I am not able to get Colors infinity and SMS HD (LCN 200) on my magnum. When I contacted customer care they told its not in the package. Can anyone confirm that?
South Magnum + HBO addons + etc is making a total cost of 800+ but still plenty of channels are missing. Feels bit irritated. Anyone pls help me out.

Im using north magnum pack and im getting sms hd and colors infinity. It shud be available in ur pack too....

I called customer care and nodal desk just some time before and they said its not available in South magnum pack. Feeling mad with this sort of decision. Already it seems Zing Digital and Dish tv catching Kerala market aggressively.
