no. even for normal or any other normal or hd channel.
example is crime patrol. when the cops were running behind the goons, i saw that image.
ind vs south africa k match mein bhi dekha.
bahut choti si image aati h usi k chahre k saamne, usi k chehre ki.

yes. of the same person. but very small image. but clearly visible.

Most probably his tv might be fault or has to tweak the setting. He sees the previous moments on the screen.
