first u shud check ur lg tv. hdmi mein kya output dikhata h sd channels par
mere lg mein toh 1080 i hi dikhata h

1080i dikhata rahega mere me bhi dikhata hai.

Yes it is but you never found any difference on pictures when change resolution ? Means with 1080i your picture will zoom and in 576i it will have different ?

With Hdmi you will get more sharpness which led pixelation with AV you won't get that much sharpness hence won't led that much pixelation.
