Airtel Digital TV HD Airtel HD DVR recording issue

Hi,

I am facing below issue on recording
HDD001 Unable to read hard disk.
Airtel is saying they will need to replace the STB, but they have stop stop HD DVR. I want HD recording STB with dual recording simultaneously.

What are the options available?

I think hard disk failure. why don't you check your hard drive near laptop repair center ?
