Yes its store more contact but im 100% sure that u can not access 4G network on 64k sim....

So in my view its only related to memory.

Here is no 4G and currently I have no plan to buy 4G handset but I am quite sure at least at 3G sim we can detects the 4G network.

Tats why Telecoms never force one to change sim but offers packs of 2G, 3G resp. only dumb BSNL sells 3G sim and tell people that we need 3G sim for 3G network.

no..the initial offer is for the price offered at 3G speed for 4G.
