They r saying u r using 2 airtel money account thats why they suspended my both account.... they r saying one person can use only 1 airtel money account.
so were u using two accounts ?
have they also deducted the balance or money of ur account ? forfeited ?

Yes i was usong 2 airtel money account.... and yes after complain they refunded my money to same cc.
ideally, airtel should have blocked only one account instead of both.
btw, devesh bro I have also been airtel's broadband customer. Is there any offer or discount applicable for it ? I mean paytm or something like that.

U wont get any offer for airtel on paytm and freecharge.
on airtel money, is there any offer for broadband also ?
