In fact, if your registered ID is gmail ID, you don't even have to enter mobile number in the field given(and one time password is also not required). Just select gmail or facebook login and you will be logged in.

Mazi why are we discussing about mobile number here? As I said in my previous posts you can get one time password in your registered email too. If you have not registered your email ID with airtel, register soon. If the email ID registered with airtel is wrong then send the request to correct it. Once it is done, you will be getting the one time password on your email ID and you can use that to login to the airtel portal.

Broo i have registered email id with the account but they are only sending account on RMN and not sending anything on email id.

I have done this facebook login procedure and they are again asking for RMN and sending code to that.

And even if i took a number on my name and give it to you for registration, it won't remain active for your next usage. it will get deactivated within 15 days due to non-usage.

So, the entire effort of taking a connection, submitting documents, going through address verification and finally number will be deactivated within 15 days.

It does not matter whether u r closing that number in 15 days or not.

Infact your concerns will also be addressed from this if u r closing that number and my issue will also be solved for one time code.

I will not ask or force you anymore. Its totally on your willingness to help me or not.

Their portal is completely broken..

Yesterday night I tried getting OTP from home and login using gmail account, then it shows the details on initial page but whenever we go to package details or account details it shows 'Sorry we cannot service now as there was an error, please check later'.

Just now I tried to login using gmail login it says 'Internal Server Error'.

Even I had faced such issues many a time on their website. I think they should work upon it and make simple way to use and access their website.
