Please ask them to add more tamil channels. they are adding only popular tamil channels. i have mailed to them. but i get only standard reply. 9x0 international music channel missing. 1. mega 24 music 2. mega 24 movie 3. win tv 4. raj digital plus 5. raj music 6. raj news 7. captain news and also 9x0 international music channel.

Thanks for calling. But your reply was not satisfactory. They told that no update is available on the above issue. "We will get in touch with you as soon as possible" this was the reply. Its ok if they add tamil channels or not i will switch to other DTH when my subscription ends. Thanks Akosha for your valuable action.


Very useful complaint forum. they called me immediately today afternoon.

Btw, what is akosa? If its a government portal, then only discuss about it here.

I dont know much but Its a site only they forward our complaint to respected company. 100% i am sure its not govt. Site

But when we all are educated and know the customer care I'd of our dth operator, why we need to post the same to a 3rd party website instead of mailing them directly.

They are doing nothing but forwarding the complaints to respective companies customer care id's.

More over they are asking money for their services too I think.
