Both are lacking Transponder Space. Whoever gets tha space 1st should be your choice and what i got info is that it will be the Tata Sky which will be getting new Transponders than any other DTH Operator.

Actually i am in delema about choosing the right DTH , i am also satisfied with the Tatasky Channel countalthough one or two HD Channels to be added , Now TS have removed the sports channels too from the base pack[lowest] also increased the price. i have to subscribe additionally . I am satisfied with thw PQ of TS HD , so not willing to move from TS but th eprice makes me bit confused .
All in all I have to check again the PQ of D2H HD somewhere in Electronic Shops bfore my subscription of TS ends in mid July . Also if Sun Direct adds more HD Channels tat may be the right choice too as it has Good PQ,AQ. Price is very good too.. Only lacks of Few HD Channels .

According to users feedback found in many forums the D2H Hardware , SW is not upto the mark. UI of TS is one off the Best in DTH.
