nope. infact if these government officials can bribe to get a government job and use each and every facilities then why not schools too.

But sending there children in school is there personal decision, Govt imposing there thoughts on them.

What personal ? Just to inform you that government school came into existence for government employees only. But as corruption grows these idiots become rich by taking bribes and now sending their children to International schools. Because of this those who are studying in gov schools are having a pathetic lifestyle because all of them are from poor families. Once these govt babus children will start feeling the same pain, then they will think about uplifting the gov schools .

its about everything including colleges also. just now listened to the news.

Its about school. So, don't jump to college and university. If they can't send their children to government school and feel it inferior then they don;t deserve to be in the government. They should search for a private job and get their children admitted in private schools. Its simple.

n also meaning is same. y schools only n y not the colleges ?
rules r same for everyone. u cannot divide the country. every citizen is having equal right to the national heritage n all.
so as per the constitution it is illegal n ll never b imposed.

These are autonomous bodies Working on UGC guidelines. Same is done by private colleges too. What exactly are you trying to say by diverting the topic from school to college ?

That's what this decision from court meant to be. When i was in school everyone used to go in govt school and condition were much better. Now everyone if going to private schools and govt schools have become deserted and most of them are closed too.

in simple words - what is the mistake of that child who wud forcibly yake the admission in a govt. school.
mistakes of the parents can't b forcibly imposed on their children,
right or wrong ?
also if there is a condition like that then it shud b imposed on new govt. employees. u cannot do it on retrospectively basis.

n also i think it won't b imposed at any cost. In UP it is not possible atleast. we have two higher courts also.

I think its the right decision taken by allahabad court this so called babus enjoy their tenure in govt jobs but they dont do anything fruitful for the poor people who study in govt schools so if their own children will feel the pain then they will realize the truth and then their eyes would be open so i think it should be implemented and poor people will be benefited by this
