I beg to differ Devesh Bro. Think of the minor accused in Delhi rape case - Nirbhaya case rather. He was more cold blooded than the others as has been stated.

No bhai dont drag minor in this bcoz i forcefully caught a girl in my classroom and kis her when i was 13 or 14.... ar really me bhai uss samay dimag bachchaa tha ar kaam nahi karta tha...... ar jab mai 20 ka hua to 6 saal baad uss ladki ko sorry bola..... so minor age me bhai insaan aaj ki tarah nahi sochta......

That's a small incident bro. Even a tight slap would be enough for you but the brutality done by minor in Nirbhaya case was not acceptable as told by timkamat bro.

So let's the Juvenile age should be reduced to 13 years.
