Yes Rs 100. Now I know if the item is available on amazon and flipkart. And both offering quicker delivery options, I will definitely go with flipkart. They pay you penalty if they don't honour the quicker delivery. Amazons' twitter handle for help provided me contact us link. That's what help they have provided.
Chat with them on their website. It's instant and works the best.
Apart from apologies they have nothing more to offer. On asking for transferring the call to leadership they disconnect the call.
Try chat. They will sure refund the shipping charge. I have had really good experience with them.

It's the best you can find.
I have shopped on Flipkart and Snapdeal as well.
I would rate Snapdeal 3rd, and Flipkart 2nd.
Bro its not about refund of shipping charges. They have already refunded the shipping charges. But the issue is if I am paying the shipping charges there is a reason behind it.
