Well they seriously needs to look after their delivery guys. In Mumbai a person I know ordered a phone and it was a prepaid order. On the date of delivery, the order was shown as delivered even though it wasn't delivered. After fighting for 4 days with Amazon cc the amount was refunded.
When I had ordered my Redmi Note 3 last year, the phone was lost in shipment. I don't know How's that possible.
Two weeks back, my bro order something. Product went out for deliverly and then in the evening it was marked consignee not contactable.
Same was repeated second day. My brother tried calling the delivery guy whole day but he never received the call.
Third day on complaint to Amazon cc delivery was promised same day but that didnt happen.
On 4th day, another complaint was made and the product got delivered finally.

The last experience shared by you was repeated by Flipkart with one of my friend. For 4 consecutive days it showed out for delivery and it was not delivered. Finally when he bashed them on 4th day it was delivered 5th day and it was gold biscuit
